Hey there! I’m Mel — founder, bartender, and resident good-time curator behind The Prickly Pour Bar Co.

I started The Prickly Pour because I’ve always believed that great drinks bring people together, whether it’s a toast at a wedding, laughter at a birthday bash, or friends catching up under the Texas sun. After years of mixing cocktails at events and behind the bar, I wanted to take that same energy on the road, creating a mobile bar experience that’s equal parts fun, flavorful, and unforgettable.

Why The Prickly Pour? Because like a good Texas cactus, we’re a little bold, a little unexpected, and built to thrive in any environment. We know how to make every event bloom- from classy soirées to rowdy backyard fiestas.
